The car has width of 1686 mm and height of 1468 mm. The wheelbase of the car is 2486 mm while the ground clearance of 168 mm is sufficient for the Indian roads. The spacious boot space is of 430 liter. The 4 cylinder engine of the car gives out power of 68@4,000 (PS@rpm) and torque of 16.3@2,000 (kgm@rpm). The car can sit 5 people comfortably. One of the reasons of good sale of the car in India is its good mileage. The car gives out 17.8 km/liter on highway while in the city the car offers the mileage of 14.9 km/liter. The company is going to invest $500 million to increase the production capacity of its manufacturing plant based in Chennai in Tamil Nadu.
